Cancellation & Refund Policy
This policy is in accordance with the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, the Consumer Rights Act 2015, and applicable UK consumer protection legislation.
Your Right to Cancel
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of purchase without giving any reason. This is your statutory cooling-off period.
Email & Online Readings
- ✦If your reading has not yet been delivered or commenced, you may cancel within 14 days of purchase for a full refund.
- ✦If you have requested that your reading begin within the 14-day cooling-off period and the reading has been delivered or completed, you acknowledge that you lose your right to cancel once the service has been fully performed, in accordance with Regulation 36(1) of the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
- ✦If a reading has been partially completed at the time of cancellation, a proportionate refund may be offered at our discretion.
In-Person Readings & Event Bookings
- ✦Cancellations made more than 48 hours before a scheduled in-person reading or event will receive a full refund.
- ✦Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled date may be subject to a 50% cancellation fee to cover preparation and lost booking time.
- ✦No-shows without prior notice will not be eligible for a refund.
- ✦Rescheduling is available free of charge if requested at least 48 hours in advance, subject to availability.
The Daily Arcana Subscription
- ✦You may cancel your monthly subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
- ✦No refunds will be issued for partial months. You will continue to receive your Card of the Day readings until the end of your paid period.
- ✦To cancel, log into your PayPal account and manage your recurring payments, or contact us directly at [email protected].
How to Request a Cancellation or Refund
To exercise your right to cancel, please contact us by email at [email protected] with your name, the date of purchase, and the service you wish to cancel. We aim to process all refunds within 14 days of receiving your cancellation request. Refunds will be made to your original payment method (PayPal).

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse a booking at our discretion. In such cases, a full refund will be issued promptly.

Shadow work can be challenging to the psyche if care is not taken or guidance not heeded. Please be sure you are ready to delve into your own subconscious before undertaking this work. Each journey is individual, and while the tarot may offer assistance and illumination, it cannot provide the strength required to undertake this journey — that must come from within.
If I feel that you are not ready, I may advise you against any shadow work until a later time. This is always done with your wellbeing and best interests at heart.
What Is Shadow Work?
Shadow work is the practice of gently exploring the parts of ourselves we have learned to hide, suppress, or judge — often formed through early experiences, conditioning, or trauma. Rather than “fixing” what is broken, shadow work brings compassionate awareness to unconscious patterns, emotional triggers, and self-sabotaging behaviours, allowing them to be understood and integrated.
This process is important because what remains unseen often drives our reactions, relationships, and choices. By consciously engaging with the shadow, we reclaim personal power, reduce inner conflict, and create greater emotional resilience, authenticity, and freedom in how we live and relate to others.

All prices are listed in British Pounds Sterling (GBP) and are inclusive of VAT where applicable.
